Dynamic integration in the body provides mobility, reflex reactions, strength, alignment and coordination—and all of this is necessary to prepare or recover from a slip, trip, or fall. This workshop demonstration will present current research and strategies for helping clients who have balance issues for any of the three most common causes of balance disorders as well as give progressions for maintaining the mobility, reflexes, and strength for fall prevention. Strategize and select active and safe programming exercises for clients of all types.
Registration closes 24 hours prior to the start time of the workshop. Paid participants will receive a video recording with access for one week for online workshops only. Click below to register.
This 3 hour workshop is for:
- Pilates, yoga, personal fitness instructors, and health care practitioners who work on-on-one with clients
- 1 year experience required
